The journey of Deesan Group began with the appointment of our founder, Shri Amrish Patel, as the President of the Shirpur Warvade Municipal Council in 1985. At that time, the condition of the region was deplorable. The roads were riddled with enormous potholes, garbage littered the streets, there were rampant encroachments on municipal land, and the community suffered from severe water scarcity. Adding to these challenges, the municipal council itself faced financial incapacity, hindering any meaningful reform efforts.
Amidst these daunting circumstances, Shri Amrish Patel embarked on a mission to transform the region for the better. With a vision for progress and a deep commitment to serving the community, he initiated a series of strategic interventions aimed at addressing each of these pressing issues.

Our shirting fabric production capacity stands at an impressive 10 million meters per month. This reflects our commitment to meeting the demand for high-quality shirting fabrics in both domestic and international markets.
- Yarn Capacity
With a monthly production capacity of 2400 metric tons of cotton yarn, we ensure a steady and reliable supply of yarn to support our downstream manufacturing processes. This capacity highlights our focus on maintaining a robust supply chain and ensuring consistent product quality.
- Sheeting Capacity
Our sheeting production capacity is set at 2 million meters per month. This capacity allows us to meet the demand for a wide range of sheeting products, catering to various customer preferences and market segments.
- Garment Output
We have the capability to produce an impressive 400,000 pieces of garments per month. This reflects our proficiency in garment manufacturing and our ability to deliver high-quality finished products to our customers within stipulated timelines.
- Terry Towel Production
Our terry towel production capacity stands at 600 metric tons per month. This highlights our expertise in the manufacturing of premium terry towels, catering to the needs of customers in both domestic and international markets.

An Overview of Our Processes
- Ginning
The process involves hand-picking as well as the use of high-end scanning machines. We have 7 ginning and pressing factories, producing 35 million kilograms of cotton – enough for a year’s spinning requirement.
- Spinning
We have state-of-the-art ring spinning machines capable of spinning counts NE 10/1 to NE 100/1, with a total capacity of 30 million kgs per annum.
- Knitting
We make unique knit fabric from the latest knit versatile technology, using Mayer and CIE knitting plant (2.5 million kgs per annum).
- Weaving
We use state-of-the-art German machinery to produce 25 million meters of fabric per annum.
- Terry Towel
We use Dornier Dobby looms to make uniform terry piles. Our towels are processed on shearing machines to give them a velour effect (Capacity: 36.5 million kgs per annum).
- Yarn Dyeing
We employ contemporary yarn-dyeing methods and German yarn-dyeing technologies (Capacity: 2 million kgs of yarn is dyed per annum).
- Knit Dyeing
We use Thies dyeing equipment for knit dyeing, backed by a high technology lab and a centralized colour dispensing system.
- Towel Dyeing
Our towel dyeing plant is backed by high technology lab and a centralized colour dispensing system (Capacity: 3.6 million kgs per annum).
- Garmenting
We operatestate-of-the-art fashion technologies. Our in-house fashion designers create styles for men, women, and children across sectors. Our stringent quality control methods ensure that the garments are always created from the best fabric.
